Permission is granted to use the materials on Companies web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with the value you receive in the first month (30 days) of your subscription / membership into the Become Powerful Success University, you can cancel your subscription and request a refund. Refer to the following Terms and Conditions.

To request a refund on the basis that you did not get value, the following conditions must be met:
- Full attendance for the entirety of both live classes held in the 30 day period of your membership
- Full completion of homework given on the two live classes. This homework must be submitted as part of the refund request
- Evidence that you have logged into the university portal and watched a minimum of 10% of the recorded videos / material

Refund requests must be lodged in writing via email to support@ronmalhotra.com with the above requested information. Once lodged please allow up to 7 business days for your refund request to be assessed and a response will be provided to you via reply email. Please note, as part of the assessment process, you may receive a call from our leadership team to discuss your refund request further.

Limitations

In no event shall Company or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Companies Internet site, even if Company or a Company authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Companies web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. As an Instructor, You represent, warrant, and covenant that: No Submitted Content shall infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property right of a third party. But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.
